A little about me...

Growing up in South San Francisco I spent every weekend and summer at our family compound in Kenwood, a property that has been in my family for nearly 100 years, and where I currently reside.  Sonoma County has been my permanent home for five decades, so it’s only fitting that it’s where my real estate career has landed me: at Century 21 Epic-Valley of the Moon office located in Oakmont.

I spent ten years working at Hewlett Packard but realized I wasn’t cut out for corporate life and decided to try my hand as an entrepreneur.  After receiving my Cosmetology license, I spent the next 30 plus years in the skincare industry working with both plastic surgeons and dermatologists, managing my small business and the personal care of my many loyal clients and doctor patients.

In 2014 my husband Patrick and I decided to make some big life changes.  He gave up his executive role with large companies such as IBM, Experian and Tivoli to start his own tech company.  We sold our home in Glen Ellen, I semi-retired from my business and we moved to the Grass Valley area to be near our kids. Everything was on track until my very active mother suffered a stroke which changed her life and mine.  We moved back to Sonoma County so I could care for her during her recovery.  Six months later Patrick was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), a terminal illness for which there is no treatment.  My sisters stepped in to take care of my mother so I could care for Patrick and sadly, nine months later, the disease claimed Patrick's life.  A year later my mother passed away.

I eventually emerged from that very difficult time with energy and focus.  I found a new passion and purpose in my Real Estate career.  Add to that my strong work ethic, my many years of  business experience and great people skills and it has served me well in representing and guiding my clients through the very stressful experience of buying or selling a home.  Having your trust is my success...
